JB was many characters, the serious John, the fun John, the silly John, and the John “lets bob the last beer “John was a great friend and confidant.
He loved so many things, but I remember fondly the loud music til silly o clock in the morning sitting on the floor with John conducting the sounds.  Regularly after a night in the Cherry Tree we would then chat and play music down the phone to each other. On one occasion John was playing vinyl …making fairy cakes and a brussel sprout curry!
I smile at the first time John joined me and my Mum for Christmas day, it was the first-time mum ran out of sprouts… John ate them all. He loved them!!
John you were a great friend, and I will miss you, I will get you a Kronenbourg when we meet again!
